 | | GUEST SPEAKER... Erie County Executive Chris Collins, right, spoke at last week's Cheektowaga Chamber of Commerce luncheon at Banquets by Adams, Ltd. Collins discussed his "Three R's" of reforming Erie County government, rebuilding the local economy, and ultimately, reducing taxes. Collins also discussed Six Sigma, a proven business method to improve production and eliminate waste.
