EXPOSURE...A 20-year-old Erie Avenue, Depew man was arrested after police observed the man urinating on the corner of Towers Boulevard and East Cherbourg Drive.
POSSESSION...A 33-year-old Buffalo man was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana after police observed the man's vehicle traveling northbound on Eggert Road with an inadequately illuminated rear license plate. A traffic stop was initiated and upon approaching the vehicle, an officer detected an odor of burnt marijuana coming from the interior. Upon searching the vehicle, police located several alleged marijuana cigarettes and a small quantity of alleged marijuana in a glass jar. During a pat search, an officer located two plastic bags containing alleged marijuana in the man's coat pocket.
DWI...A 37-year-old Tonawanda man was arrested for driving while intoxicated after police responded to the area of Genesee Street and Rein Road on a report of an accident in which the man's vehicle was involved. Upon arrival, police observed the man's vehicle in an embankment, with the man standing nearby. Upon interviewing the man, an officer detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage and noticed the man had glassy, bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. Field sobriety tests were administered. Alco sensor: positive. Breath test: refused. A background check revealed that the man had a previous DWI conviction, making this arrest a felony.

TRESPASSING/POSSESSION OF BURGLAR'S TOOLS...A 47- year-old Frederick Street man was arrested after police responded to a St. Felix Avenue address on a report of a suspicious person. Upon an officer's arrival, a victim stated that she observed a man peering into her vehicle in her driveway. Police located the man- who matched the report's description- walking southbound on St. Felix near William Street. The man reportedly told conflicting accounts of his previous whereabouts. During a pat search, police located a multi-blade utility knife, pliers, five gauge shells and two sets of binoculars and determined that the items had been used in an attempt to break into several area vehicles. Officers also determined that the man had been arrested several times previously for attempted vehicle break-ins.
POSSESSION...A 46-year-old Elma man was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance after police responded to a Harlem Road address on a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, police observed the man- who matched the report's description- and questioned him. The man later admitted to having "coke" in his left pants pocket, where police located cocaine and a straw in a plastic bag.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF... A 24-year-old Buffalo man was arrested after police responded to a Linda Drive address on a report of a dispute. Upon arrival, police observed through a widow the man throw a female victim onto a couch. The victim stated that the man also broke her cellular telephone.

POSSESSION...A 30-year-old West Seneca woman was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance after police observed the woman's vehicle not signal while turning southbound onto Lackawanna Avenue from Broadway. A traffic stop was initiated and police observed two knotted plastic bags and copper-clad steel wool- commonly used in narcotics transactions- on the floor near the driver's seat. When the woman exited her vehicle, she dropped an alleged "crack" cocaine rock to the ground. During a pat search, an officer located alleged "crack" cocaine in the woman's coat pocket. Police also located an alleged "crack" pipe under the driver's seat.
CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON...A 26-year-old Niagara Falls man was arrested after police responded to the area of Transit Road and Aero Drive on a report of an intoxicated male. Upon arrival, police located the man lying in a large hole in the parking lot of an Aero adult entertainment club. Police determined that the man had been ejected from the club after consuming alcohol and causing a disturbance. The man then reportedly attempted to climb a large hill. During a pat search, police located brass knuckles in the man's coat pocket.
POSSESSION...A 43-year-old man and a 50-year-old man, both of Woodell Avenue, were arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance after police observed a vehicle driven by the 43-year-old man not signal while turning left onto Pennock Place from Pine Ridge Road. A traffic stop was initiated and a background check revealed that the 43-year-old's license was suspended. During a search of the vehicle, an officer located a mirror with alleged cocaine residue in a front passenger's side door compartment, as well as alleged "crack" cocaine rocks on the driver's seat.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT... A 35-year-old woman and a 19-yearold woman, both of Buffalo, as well as a 16-year-old Buffalo female, were arrested after police responded to a Walden Galleria department store on a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, police determined that the 16-year-old and the 19-year-old had been involved earlier in a larceny at Boulevard Mall. Later, the females reportedly yelled profanities while several mall customers were in close proximity.

DWI...A 48-year-old Wheatfield man was arrested for driving while intoxicated after police responded to the area of Genesee Street and Transit Road on a report of an intoxicated driver. Police located the man's vehicle, which matched the report's description, traveling near the Kensington Expressway. A traffic stop was initiated and a witness told police that the man had consumed alcohol earlier at a Genesee adult entertainment club and, after leaving, nearly struck a bouncer with his vehicle in the parking lot. The witness then followed the man in his vehicle and called police. Upon interviewing the man, an officer detected a "very strong" odor of an alcoholic beverage and noticed the man had glassy, watery eyes and slurred speech. The man reportedly stated that he consumed two beers. Field sobriety tests were administered. Alco sensor: positive. Breath test: .18.
BURGLARY...A 38-year-old Buffalo woman was arrested after police responded to a Joseph Street address on a report of a disturbance. Upon an officer's arrival, a victim stated that the woman arrived at his residence and then kicked and shoved him. The woman also allegedly swung beer bottles at the victim and scratched him. The woman then damaged a door before officers arrived.
POSSESSION...A 31-year-old Blasdell man was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance after officers brought the man to police headquarters on a separate charge. During the booking process, an officer located 21 Suboxone pills in the woman's possession.
ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A CHILD... A 33-yearold North Willowlawn Parkway man was arrested after police responded to the man's residence following a 9-1-1 hang-up. Upon an officer's arrival, a female victim stated that the man was "tearing up the house." Police observed a broken coffee cup, as well as coffee "all over." The victim stated that during an argument, the man began screaming and threw hot coffee at her while she held her young child. The man also allegedly threw the victim's cellular phone against a wall and bit her under her eye.
POSSESSION...A 21-year-old Niagara Falls man was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance after police observed the man's vehicle traveling in a Union Road parking lot without a front license plate. A traffic stop was initiated and police observed in the glove compartment an alleged marijuana blunt and tin foil. Police, who detected an odor of marijuana coming from the interior, located a large pocket knife in the man's right front pants pocket. With assistance from a K-9 unit, an officer located alleged marijuana and a Lortab pill in the glove compartment.

POSSESSION...A 36-year-old Buffalo man was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana after police observed the man's vehicle traveling eastbound on Broadway with license plates that were not illuminated. A traffic stop was initiated and the man was unable to produce his license. During a pat search, an officer located alleged marijuana in the man's front pants pocket and an alleged marijuana pipe in his left rear pants pocket.
POSSESSION...A 50-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman, both of Buffalo, were arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance after police observed the man's vehicle traveling eastbound on Broadway with its driver's view obstructed by hanging objects from the rear-view mirror. A traffic stop was initiated and both the man and woman told conflicting accounts of their previous whereabouts. During a search of the vehicle, police located an alleged cocaine rock on the driver's seat. Officers also located pieces of an alleged "crack" pipe on the back seat of a patrol car in which the woman had been sitting.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT... A 20-year-old Buffalo man and a 16- year-old Buffalo male were arrested after police observed the 20-year-old and the 16-year-old attack a male victim outside of a Genesee Street pizzeria. The males reportedly pushed the victim into a metal guide rail near a tree and punched him before officers stepped in.

UNLAWFUL FLEEING OF AN OFFICER...A 27-year-old Buffalo man was arrested after police observed the man's vehicle traveling southbound on Pine Ridge Road with a rear license plate that was not adequately illuminated. A traffic stop was initiated, but the man's vehicle continued traveling on Pine Ridge, passing through a red light near Walden Avenue and accelerating to as much as 55 miles per hour in icy road conditions. Police stopped the man's vehicle on Union Road. A background check revealed that the man's license was suspended and that his vehicle's registration was suspended.
HARASSMENT...A 33-year-old Buffalo man was arrested after officers responded to the front of police headquarters on a report of a dispute near the station. Upon an officer's arrival, a victim stated that she and the man had gotten into an argument at a Walden Avenue gas station, during which the man allegedly punched the victim in the head and slapped her repeatedly. The man also threatened the victim with additional physical violence. The victim then drove to police headquarters and was followed by the man, who was then apprehended.
FORGERY...A 29-year-old Buffalo man was arrested after officers brought the man to police headquarters for a separate incident. During the booking process, the man reportedly signed a false name to a fingerprint card. A background check revealed the man's actual identity.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT... A 22-year-old man, two 19-year-old men and an 18-year-old man, all of Buffalo, as well as two 17-year-old Buffalo males, were arrested after police responded to Walden Galleria on a report of a fight in the food court. Upon arrival, police, with assistance from mall security guards, broke up a large altercation involving the six males. Several customers fled the location during the disturbance, in which the six males repeatedly punched each other and yelled loudly.

DWI...A 41-year-old Walden Avenue woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated after police observed the woman's vehicle make an illegal U-turn while traveling westbound on Broadway. A traffic stop was initiated and the woman reportedly stated that she was "lost and looking for Walden Avenue." Upon interviewing the woman, an officer detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage and noticed the woman had bloodshot, watery eyes. Field sobriety tests were administered. Alco sensor: positive. Breath test: .23. The woman reportedly stated that she was coming from a Dick Road tavern.
DWI...A 28-year-old Lydia Lane man was arrested for driving while intoxicated after police observed the man's vehicle fail to halt at a stop sign while traveling on Dick Road. A traffic stop was initiated on Lydia and upon interviewing the man, an officer detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage and noticed the man had bloodshot, watery eyes and "impaired" speech. Field sobriety tests were administered, and the man refused both an alco sensor and breath test.

MENACING...A 26-year-old Main Street, Depew man was arrested after police responded to a Main Street address on a report of a dispute involving a baseball bat and a shotgun. Upon arrival, officers observed the man-
who matched the report's description-
holding a baseball bat, as well as a male running upstairs while holding a shotgun. Police determined that the man had made an unwanted visit to the residence earlier and had been asked to leave. After the man refused to leave, a male reportedly brandished a loaded shotgun in an attempt to convince the man to leave. Police confiscated the man's baseball bat and the male's shotgun. The male was not charged in the incident.
DWI...A 23-year-old Lancaster man was arrested for driving while intoxicated after police observed the man's vehicle nearly strike a snowbank while traveling eastbound on Gould Avenue. A traffic stop was initiated on Sanilac Street, and a background check revealed that the man's license was revoked. Upon interviewing the man, an officer detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage and noticed the mana had glassy, bloodshot eyes. The man reportedly admitted to consuming 5-6 beers earlier, and police located an open beer container in a cup holder. The man refused to submit to field sobriety tests, an also sensor or a breath test.
