15U Inferno comes back to edge Canadian squad
      The 15 and Under Inferno baseball travel team recently edged the York Cardinals from Ontario, 5-4, in the 3rd Annual "Battle of the Falls" tournament final in Lockport on July 28. The game was decided in the top of the ninth inning when Tyler Molina's two-out single scored Colby Vandermeer.

Central rallies to down rival Wildcats; Flyers edge Cleve Hill on late kick
     It was a tale of two halves Friday night for the Cheektowaga Central varsity football team. Luckily for Central, the Warriors' effort in the third and fourth quarters proved to be enough, as they rallied to defeat non-league rival Depew, 28-22.
