Bravo! Debuts at Walden Galleria
BRAVO! Cucina Italiana opened its doors May 30 at One Walden Galleria in Cheektowaga, debuting the casual restaurant offering classic Italian food amongst the shadows of Roman ruins in the Buffalo area.
"We are thrilled to be opening BRAVO! in Buffalo," Karen Brennan, chief marketing officer, said. "We hope BRAVO!'s authentic Italian food and dedication to superior service will be as popular in Buffalo as it is in other cities."
The 7,500-square foot restaurant includes indoor seating for 150 people, as well as outdoor seating for 100 and a private party room that seats groups of up to 50. BRAVO! also offers curbside carryout services. Brian Windschitl, general manager, and Jim Konerth, executive chef, will head the management team for the new location.
BRAVO! offers lunch and dinner and is open seven days a week (Sunday Thursday 11 a.m.-10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 11 a.m.-11 p.m.). The average check for lunch is $12 and $17 for dinner.
The subtitle "Cucina Italiana" means Italian Kitchen, in which cooking is done in full view of the guest, creating the energy of live theater. BRAVO'S! popular entrees include wood-grilled steaks, chops and made-to-order pastas and house specialties, similar to an authentic "ristorante" in Italy.
In addition, BRAVO! offers an award-winning kid's menu with traditional favorites as well as healthier, more well-balanced options from which to choose.
BRAVO! is part of Columbus, Ohio-based BRAVO Development Inc. (BDI), which was founded in 1992 and now operates 59 restaurants, including BRIO Tuscan Grille, Bon Vie Bistro and Lindey's. For more information visit www.BestItalianUsa.com.
