Letters to the Editor
Thanks to Depew residents Dear Editor:
My thanks goes out to each and every resident of the Village of Depew for the opportunity of serving them on the Depew Village Board of Trustees for the past four years. The knowledge that has been gained about the Village and its residents is immeasurable and priceless.
Though my loss in the latest village election is disappointing, I will continue to serve the village residents in my capacity as a volunteer, officer and board member of the Tri- Community Food Pantry and by volunteering to continue updating the Village's Web site.
I hope to serve the Village in another capacity, as an attorney in one of the legal positions now open in the Village, as I have conveyed to the Mayor-Elect and Village Board of Trustees.
Sandra L. Pieczynski
Getting Depew back on track Dear Editor:
On behalf of myself and the newly elected Trustees of the People's Voice of Depew, I would like to thank the many volunteers who participated in the Village of Depew election by donating their time and effort in bringing our platform information to you.
To you the voters, our sincere thanks for going to the polls and exercising your vote with an overwhelming vote of confidence and support for our candidates.
We look forward to serving you and implementing fresh ideas in our quest to "getting Depew back on track." Let's work together to bring pride, integrity and credibility back to village government.
Mayor Elect Barbara A. Alberti,
Trustees Linda M. Hammer, Joseph W. Keefe, Carl A. Monti,
and Bill Maryniewski
