CSX defects found Town overpass OK

      Three months after a CSX train derailed on an overpass, sending one of its boxcars crashing onto Union Road and leaving a second teetering on the edge, officials have found nearly 200 serious violations of federal safety regulations systemwide, but none related to the local derailment.

     A 4-year-old Kenville Road boy was killed in a March 22 motor vehicle accident when the vehicle in which he was riding was struck from behind by an apparently speeding vehicle just after 6 p.m. at the intersection of Kensington Avenue and Century Road.
