New gazebo in Stiglmeier Dear Editor:
The Stiglmeier Park Steering Committee is pleased to announce that it is undertaking a fundraising effort for the construction of a gazebo which is to be built in Stiglmeier Park. The structure is to be built at the southern end of the fish pond. Town employees will build it. Early spring is the target date for groundbreaking.
The committee feels the gazebo will be a welcome addition to our exceptional park.
All donations are welcome and will be acknowledged. Checks must be made out to the Town of Cheektowaga, c/o Stiglmeier Steering Committee, and sent to Lawrence Watson, 1259 Como Park Boulevard, Depew, New York 14043.
Any surplus funds will be used to further enhance the park.
