BOWLING TOURNAMENT...
On New Year's Day the Cheektowaga Lions held their annual "Hangover Bowling Tournament" at the AMF Thruway Lanes, on Walden Avenue in Cheektowaga. One hundred thirty-nine entries competed for 14 prizes. The top prize of $1,390 went to Joe Piejda of Cheektowaga. He bowled a 799 with handicap.
