JV Bears pound Wilson, remain unbeaten at 4-0
The John F. Kennedy junior varsity football team continued its strong early-season play last Thursday at Wilson, crushing the Lakemen, 28-0, behind another outstanding performance from its defense and sophomore running back Adam Bartoszek.
Bartoszek rushed for 141 yards on 15 carries, including three touchdowns. JFK's defensive unit posted its third straight shutout.
The JV Bears (4-0) return to action Saturday for a 10 a.m. kickoff at home against Salamanca.
