Dog also a victim
      I am writing in regard to the recent incident in Lockport regarding a toddler who was allegedly sodomized by a young pitbull. The pitbull is currently being held at the Niagara County SPCA while the investigation is being conducted. Allegedly, the owners of the dog want him euthanized.

Biggest disability: Ignorance
      As people with developmental disabilities, we are disturbed and saddened by the incident at Losson and Union roads, where two people were run off the road by teenagers. They harassed the couple because of their disabilities. We are an organization run by people with developmental disabilities.
